What is Tiny Lots?

We are a very small, privately hosted, community for small to medium sized RV's and  tiny homes on wheels (THOW's) under 300 square feet.

Located northwest of Dallas/Fort Worth and just southeast of Decatur, Texas.

Tiny Lots was built to host just 7 RV's or tiny homes on private, family acreage just SE of Decatur, Texas. Our 7.5 acre property is fully fenced with electronic gated entry.

Each 10'x30' concrete pad includes softened and filtered well water, septic, trash and metered electric service (50/30/20 Amp).  Anchor points are available on each pad so RV's and tiny homes can be strapped down for added stability and safety. Spaces have parking for 2 vehicles.

Residents are welcomed to stroll the entire property and take pets on walks. Pets are allowed upon approval.

We have two ATSA certified in-ground storm shelters on the property that are available for use by all residents if needed. Our leases are one year at $500 per month plus electric (billed separately).

Drive times from Tiny Lots are: 10 minutes to Decatur, 35 minutes to Denton, UNT and TWU, 45 minutes to 1 hour to downtown Forth Worth & DFW Airport, and 1:15 to downtown Dallas.

Tiny Lots offers country living, peace, quiet, wide open views, star-filled skies and beautiful sunrises/sunsets all within easy commuting distance to the DFW metroplex.
